Another AMAZING place we went to… Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. We started at the world-famous “The Wave” Lottery. We did not win but the pictures we did get make us very HAPPY!
We drove about 11 miles on a dirt road to get to the “Wire Pass Trail.” We hiked for about 5 miles / 4 hours hiking, we saw amazing wavy sandstone walls. The hiking trail is more than 13 miles long but we did not have time to do it all.
Anyways, this was the greatest hike I have ever done!!!
