Finland, Helsinki…COLD π π π
One of my best friends (from Japan) and her sister (living in Paris, France) joined us on our Adventure in Helsinki.
The ‘Sauna’ was invented in this country, Santa Claus Village is also here in Finland, Moomin (the animation character) was born in this country. Glass and Ceramic art is very popular here, Scandinavian designed furniture is very beautiful and of a very high qualityβ¨
Food, very tasty — but for me — a little bit salty. But, smoking and packing fish in salt is how they prepare food for the long cold winter, I guess?!
A lot of fish comes from Gulf of Finland and the Caviar is deliciousπ
Finland, so far a very lovely country… But too cold for me… π π π
